Do you mean the bouncing bomb? – there was an excellent TV prog about it a few weeks ago. It works like a skimming stone on water – if you hit water at the right angle and at the right speed, it’s like hitting something elastic and the bomb will bounce. The trick is getting it to spin at the right speed, and to hit the water at the right angle.
